On-Site Tutor

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Teaching from Bowie State University, with plans to graduate and sit for the Praxis in Fall 2024. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Child and Family Studies from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, which provides a solid foundation in child development and education.  She specializes in teaching and tutoring elementary school students, with a focus on reading for 3rd and 4th grades. As the Grade Level Chair for 3rd-4th grade at Fort Foote Elementary School within Prince George's County Public Schools (PGCPS), Ms. Jasmine has extensive experience in curriculum development and student engagement.

Fun Fact: A dedicated Steelers fan who hails from Philadelphia, combining her love for football with a passion for education.

Philosophy on Tutoring: "I believe in creating a fun and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to do their best. Mistakes are a natural part of the learning process, and by embracing them, students can grow and improve. My goal is to help students develop a love for learning and the confidence to tackle challenges head-on."
