4 Week Subscription Cancellation Notice Form
Scroll down for instructions on cancelling lessons or joining sessions (from home or the center).
Canceling a Session
Log in to TeachWorks and navigate to the calendar.
Find the session you would like to cancel on the calendar and click on it.
Click "View" to open the session details.
Click "Cancel" to begin the cancellation process.
Review the cancellation policy displayed on the screen.
Click the red "Cancel Lesson" button to proceed.
When prompted, click "OK" to confirm the cancellation.
You will receive a confirmation notice on the screen, and an automatic cancellation email will be sent to you.
Joining a Session From Home
Hover Over "Meet Study Buddy": Move your cursor over the "Meet Study Buddy" section in the top navigation bar.
Click "Current Students": From the dropdown menu, select "Current Students."
Access the Family Portal: Under Important Links, click Family Portal.
Log in to Your Family or Student Portal: Enter your login details to access your portal.
Navigate to Your Session: Find the day and time of your scheduled session on the calendar.
Click the Lesson: Locate your lesson on the calendar and click on it.
Click "View": In the lesson details, click the "View" button.
Join Lessonspace: Click the Lessonspace link listed in the description.
Click "Join": Once Lessonspace opens, click "Join" to enter the session.
Requesting a Session
Hover Over "Meet Study Buddy": Move your cursor over the "Meet Study Buddy" section in the top navigation bar.
Click "Current Students": From the dropdown menu, select "Current Students."
Access the Family Portal: Under Important Links, click Request a Session.
Session Location: Determine if you will join the session from home or from the center.
Session Type: Determine what type of session you need, grade level and subject.
Tutor Selection: Select the tutor who your student will see.
Review Availability: Review the available time slots. Select the date and time, then click Add & Continue.
Contact Information: Add your student and your contact information then, click Continue.
Review Information: Review the session information, then click Complete Booking.
Session Confirmation: We will then contact you to confirm your session request has been accepted.
